Terms and conditions of appointment:

Please note, only 3 guests per bride, further guests can be added on at an additional cost. We also have a no children policy in our boutique.

Please be aware, If you are more than 10 Minutes late for your appointment without prior information, this will result in you loosing this appointment. on this occasion we are unable to offer refunds or rebooking. This will require additional bookings made on your behalf and at your own expence.

Bridal Appointment - Try On

2 hours @ £15.00

This appointment if for our brides who would like to try on wedding Gowns.
This appointment gives full exclusivity during your appointment with a private fitting in our Bridal suite, to ensure you have the most pleasant experience during your time within Auralou-bridal.
Complimentary refreshments are included.

The booking fee is redeemable against a purchase of wedding Gown purchased on the day of appointment from Auralou-Bridal.

Booking fee will be non refundable if cancelled after 48hrs notice.

Collection-Only

30 minutes

This appointment is designed for brides who are collecting their beautiful Gowns from Auralou-Bridal.

A trial for measurements will be included if required during your 30 minute appointment.

First Look - (NO Fitting or Try On’s)

30 minutes

This appointment is for our Brides who just want to browse our collection before making a decision.

No fitting or trials are included in this appointment.

For trials please book our “Bridal Appointment ” booking option.

Prom Appointment

1 hour 30 minutes @ £10.00

Prom appointments are 1hr 30m long.

Appointment charge is redeemable against a gown purchased on the day of appointment.

This is for returning customers only.

It is an appointment designed for our brides who want to come back to retry on one or two of their favourite gowns, ready to celebrate "saying Yes!"
